Tom E Approximately 3 weeks ago I called your company to have someone go over to my sister's home to give her a quote on a lattice type of awning over her back patio. She wanted me to call and be there when the salesman came because of her age and difficulty hearing. We made the appointment and a young man named Pete came over and gave us the quotation. I must tell you that this young man was so polite, knowledgeable, kind and caring that we were taken back. We didn't know that there were salespeople like that around anymore. At any rate when he finished we said we wanted to talk about it and would let the office or him know within 24 hours. Again he politely said ABSOLUTELY, and didn't try to talk us into something we weren't quite sure of. I was so impressed with this young man that that I asked if he could come over to my home and give me a quote when he was finished for the day or did I have to go through the office? He said that my sister's home was his last appointment for the day and he had plenty of time to come over right now. (You should know I was thinking about doing this but was going to put it off for a year or so). Anyhow, he followed me to my home about a mile away and gave me a quotation. I also told him I would call within 24 hours. After he left I immediately called my sister and we both said simultaneously, "Let's do it now." So the next morning I called him and said to go ahead with both projects. Well, my home was finished yesterday the 26th and you sent a technician named Joe to do the work. Again, what an outstanding polite young man. Not only that but the installation is pure perfection. That man should go into microscopic brain surgery. Each and every piece fits perfectly. Joe truly is an artisan when it comes to building patios. I can only hope that when my sister's patio goes up next Wednesday that she will also have as fine a technician as I had. Recently my husband and I contracted with Sun City Awning to have an extension built on our patio. The work was completed in three phases: concrete enlargement, patio cover, and armor decking. During all three phases, the workers arrived as schedule, performed their tasks, and left our property tidy. They were all very professional.
At this point, we would like to make special mention of Joel Terrazas, who completed the patio cover. He worked diligently and produced a beautiful cover. He was pleasant to have around and answered all our question fully. We would certainly recommend his work to anyone.

Dear Brian;
Enclosed is a before and after picture of a patio cover your company installed at our home on September 19, 2007. As you can readily discern, the patio cover is a beautiful addition to our home and has made a substantial improvement to the look and ambience of our back yard. It blends in very well and looks like it was designed with the house. We are very pleased with this addition to our house.
We were even more pleased with the service we received from your installers. The installers were Eugene and Jim, whose last names I do not know but I’m sure you could readily access this information in your records. I would greatly appreciate it if you would communicate to these gentlemen how pleased we were with their work. They were very professional, courteous and industrious workers. Due to a problem with an incorrect, critical part supplied with the materials for this project, it was necessary for them to spend considerable time obtaining a replacement part. Yet, they stayed until they finished the job even though it required fifteen hours here plus their travel time. They took the problem in stride, didn’t complain, and completed the task. Even more admirable, they maintained their high standards of quality and did not cut corners to get done earlier. I’m sure they were very tired by the end of the day but it certainly did not show in their attitude or quality of work. I speak from personal observation since I hung over their shoulders all day long. I’m now retired but in my working career I supervised a number of construction/remolded projects. So please thank them for me.
In addition, it was a pleasure dealing with others at your company. Our salesman, Ken, was very good to work with; the telephone receptionists we dealt with when calling the company were very pleasant and we even received a nice thank you note from the bookkeeping department when we paid our deposit. What a great group of people you have working there. Thanks to all. It was a pleasure doing business with you. No, this is not a paid political announcement - but it sure is a satisfied customer!

Concerning an installation of one of your sun awnings at my home located at ... This awning was installed on Friday, July 22, by two gentlemen whose first names are Eddie and Michael....
After the initial contract was entered into, my contact with your company was primarily with Tina. She was very gracious in setting up appointments for the initial installation and then the sun sensor later on. The dates that we agreed upon were adhered to and your personnel arrived promptly to do the installations.
I had concerns about the installation of the awning itself, and the necessity of obtaining electrical power to same. I am happy to report that their statements were correct. Both of these gentlemen demonstrated great expertise in accomplishing the task at hand. They were polite, well-informed and arrived promptly and did not break for lunch until after the work was finished...
Mr. Beachy, I trust that your product will provide many years of service. Already my wife and I are enjoying the cooler great room resulting from the awning blocking the sun rays.

To Whom It May Concern:
Thank you. The patio cover looks great…my husband was in the hospital at the time and when I came home to see the finish product it made my day.
Plus, they had cleaned up so well. This is why I always use Sun City Awning. My room addition is really nice now also.
